We helped deliver an MDM solution for the largest health insurance company in the U.S.
Thanks to well-defined requirements and scope, the project ended extremely successfully.
The final solution matched and merged the data from both internal and external Health Provider sources across multiple different Mastered domains (Patient, Provider, Organization, ...). The Mastered data were made available for analysis through downstream processes. The company established a solid foundation for quality-based contracting, focused outreach and intervention, population health analytics, and provider/payer collaboration.
As a result of this project the company star rating, published by The National Committee for Quality Assurance, was increased by 0.5 point, which led to a substantial increase in revenue from Government programs.
The goal of the Law Enforcement Agency was to create a unified view of various domains of interest (Person, Location, Vehicle, ...). We helped deliver a holistic view of all required subjects by integrating and mastering data from internal systems and emergency response services as well as field reports and data from external agencies.
The new system enables agency personnel to make better informed tactical and strategic decisions across a number of different roles, ranging from officers deployed in the field and detectives analyzing the data in the office to post commanders analyzing the performance of their unit.
The goal of the credit union was clearly defined as a benefit for their financial advisors: “We have a single view of every member we meet with and a history of our conversations. This allows us to provide the best professional advice on services and products which will support the member in achieving their goals and being financially fit.”
Thanks to the cleansing, standardization and sophisticated matching of customer data from a number of internal sources, we managed to create master data about entities, branches and memberships, which were then made available through the emerging CRM to financial advisors to fulfill the initial goal.
For a regional, non-profit network providing services in ten hospitals and more than a few hundred sites within two U.S. states, we helped deliver an integrated, patient-centric mastered data hub.
The project was part of a strategic MDM initiative with the goal to gain a competitive advantage. The final data hub contains over ten mastered domains (Patient, Provider, Facility, Worker,...) enabling a new set of applications to be created utilizing the Mastered data. Examples include applications such as Scorecards, Quality Dashboard, utilization analysis, risk management in care, differences in care, chronic illnesses, extremely expensive medication, control of the use of opioids, and a reduction of unreasonable examinations.
The financial institution that manages its clients' data decided to broaden their portfolio by offering new services - measuring and correcting the managed client data.
To improve the quality of the clients' data, we helped deliver data quality monitoring. The result was a data-driven, rule-based solution which is configurable, creates bases for data quality dashboards, and compares managed data with industry standards.
The result then allowed the client to offer better data management services to end customers.
